Staying here as we speak, feel trapped in an outdated unclean, awful hotel, restruant has the same food day after day and what is served is salty awful muck , stale chips , buffet ‘Italian’ roaming stray flea ridden cats roam the catering hall, all enclusive is just coke sprite and Fanta with beer and 2 cocktails , only food availability in the day only seems to be a gyros stand as everything else is closed, not catered for children , staff are rude and unfriendly and unhelpful with eye rolling and zero public relation training. The ‘shower’ is hanging off the wall and leaking, bathroom is grotty and unclean. 4th day in and 1st day been ‘cleaned’ I wouldn’t stay here again and need to warn people before you even think about booking here.

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life!!!!! The hotel is at the level of a hostel and really not 4 stars. Old rooms are falling apart and full of mold and lots of ants everywhere. Appalling service after we shouted we were changed to another room and in this room also lots of ants. When we came to complain they said there were no rooms and did nothing except spray. We wanted to talk to a manager and we are not allowed. Don't come to this hotel for free either!!!

We stayed in the Hotel Kipriotis Village for 15 days, and unfortunately staying in the hotel was a problem since day 1. After we did the check in we have to wait for a long time for the only person on the hotel to take our luggage who took people who was jumping on the line before us. After the guy took us in a van to our room 686, we discover that the room was very dated but what put us off was that the toilet apart from dated was very dirty with staines on the bath, and in a very bad condition. The smell was terrible as it was from drains, the Tv didn't work and the telephone neither, the bins were old and with oxide around them. So it come to my first trip to reception when i make my complain and told me that someone will be sent to the room to check and fixed the issues, nobody went that day so one night pass, the following morning i wake up and spoke with the receptionist and i request to speak with the manager, they told me that i have to wait to speak with the room manager who was aware of the situation. After some time past and nothing was resolved i went again and I spoke with the room manager who offer me 2 rooms, one wasn't ready so I have to wait for a few hours and the other one was a different type of room but it was ready at that moment. We went to see the room and we moved straight away as the room was spacious but at least less dated the number of the room was 421. I really thought that was the beginning of our nice holidays but after we moved the following morning we discover that toilet smell was an issue as well on this room, the telephone didn't work either so I try to let them know on my way to the restaurant also i found that the shower was hanging and was very difficult to have shower, i fixed myself temporary but in all the time there never was fixed. After reporting the issue with the bathroom I continue visiting the reception as the room wasn't clean even after 3-4-5 days, after complaining on the 5th day, apparently they visited to clean but the only thing we found is that they change the bags of the bins, they didn't change the towels of mopped the floor. They promised to fixed the issue but few days after nothing was done. Until the day 8 we still have the same towels as day 1, something that was unacceptable, I request to speak with the general manager of the hotel as the situation was a chaos, not just for the room cleaning but also the status of the all hotel, when the kids try to use the toilet facilities were a completely disaster as they were unhygienically to use, the pools were in terrible condition, the colour of the water was green instead of blue and it generated an allergy on my partner and daughter giving her some spots on arms and chest, to be able to have breakfast or dinner you will sweat making very uncomfortable to enjoy your meals as it was not air conditioning on the all premises, not even on reception or lobby. People were jumping on the ques and not organising was done from the hotel. The solu

Kipriotis Village to hotel w stylu greckiej wioski. Były wspólne tańce greckie i świetna zabawa. Plaża hotelowa kamienista, więc zdecydowanie potrzebne będą buty do wody. Mały minus za leżaki, trzeba bardzo uważać, bo lubią się składać 😅 Przy hotelu przystanek autobusowy, łatwo można dojechać do centrum miasta Kos (2 euro) linia 1 i 5. A w drugą stronę na termy (linia 5 z gwiazdką bezpośrednio). Oceniam hotel na 4,5/5.

Me and my boyfriend booked Kos as our first holiday together last year. Neither of us had ever been to Kos before, so it was great for the both of us to experience somewhere new together. The hotel was very nice. Large complex!!!! Definitely catered more towards families and large groups. It was great that the hotel had 2 swimming pools - the one had the pirate ship and was more of the lively pool (great for entertaining the kids); and the other pool was more of an Olympic-style pool (a lot bigger and generally more quieter and it also had the snack bar there). We mainly stayed by the Olympic-style pool during our trip. Obviously, the catering was mainly aimed at All-Inclusive. So the restaurant was set up like a buffet-style. During peak times, it was very busy (anytime before 8pm due to the entertainment). We very rarely ate at lunch time in the restaurant as we would just use the snack bar by the pool. We always headed to breakfast with half hour before closing purely because it was more convenient for us both. They had a wide variety of choices with the food. No complaints from us. We found that the staff in all areas were very friendly. All very helpful whenever we needed anything. In regards to the distance from the hotel into Kos Town, it is walkable - as long as you don’t mind at least a 45 minute trek. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and it’s very affordable. However, if you are planning a day out into Kos Town and want to use the bus, you do need to be at the bus stop early in the morning or wait until at least lunch time. If the buses are already crowded (which on some occasions they will be), they will shoot right past and won’t stop (unless someone is getting off - even then they are reluctant to let anyone else on). We had heard that taxi’s are reluctant to provide service to this hotel. I cannot comment on this as we never used a taxi at all during our stay.

Would definitely avoid at all costs myself and my family went for 10 nights 4 of these days the pool was closed due to issues, kids had nothing else to do as entertainment stopped at a certain time too at night no music around the bar for adults etc, card machine in shop wasn’t working for the whole 10 days so no option to buy anything in the shops, definitely not a 4 star hotel.

1st room looked nothing like the advertising rooms that are on the web site for this hotel. Our room was old, dated, walls in bathroom were damp, our bed felt like I was lying on a hard wooden board. They put a topper on my bed and still the same thing. We wanted to leave the hotel but iv never been away and wanted to change hotels so never Invisualised this happening so we did not have funding for this. The receptionist lie and tell you there is no manager nor no other room and u must come back in the morning so me and my kids had to stay in that room. The next morning still there was no manager so they gave us another room on other side of the complex that took 10 minutes to walk to pools, restaurant any amenities! The room we was exchanged to also looked nothing like their advertised rooms and we were swarmed with ants. I have never seen so many ants in doors it was so overwhelming even with any spray and powder the ants did not stop coming. These people are barbaric and do not care one bit about you nor your family it was so heartbreaking. I asked to speak to a manager every day so I could inform them on how bad this holiday had impacted on me and my family and still to this day I never heard nor sore a manager. Avoid this hotel at all costs !

The food and facilities were good. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. We went with our children who had a lovely time. Bike hire was reasonable and it allowed us to explore the island on cycle paths. We would go back.
